Today’s Advice: Frozen eggs are not as cool as they may seem. I froze an egg to see what would happen. I thought that I would get some sort of cool Jurassic Park amber frozen specimen thing, with the yolk gleaming in the center. But no. The shell is a bitch if not impossible to pick off of the frozen white. Eggs weren’t meant to be frozen.
